            CUTTING OFF TOXICITY  from life is important but it’s not just them… I have toxic behavior in me too which keeps me from achieving the things I need...


1. LAZINESS

2.  SLEEPING TOO MUCH

3. EATING UNHEALTHY

4.   PROCRASTINATION ( MY BIGGEST ENEMY )

5. BEING WAY TOO MUCH SELFLESS


            I found some solutions for them… I made some changes in my daily habits and here are those …

            I listed down the things I do in the day and tried to make a routine timetable so I can manage my time more effectively and be more productive… take a book and pen and do it … it helps a lot!

            LAZINESS AND PROCRASTINATING THINGS  is something in me that goes in hand in hand and along with is comes sleeping too much… why do I need an extra nap if I have already slept for like 10 hours?? What am I even doing??? Sleeping 6-8 hours is enough… I’ll try not to sleep extra in the day at least… I just read somewhere sleeping at 10pm would wake you up at 4 am … like it happens on its own … I tried this for ONE WEEK… not gonna lie… at first I needed alarm... but now I wake up without it sometimes..(I don’t wake up at 4am I wake up at 4:30 am around mostly at 4:45 am I have put up alarm for 5 am) I still have my alarm on for instance…like for instance if I feel too tired or something…(it was going all well untill my exams showed up...you will learn ahead in further episodes how skipping "some" days may have some drastic effects)

               What I do after waking up this early? I haven’t been that accurate in maintaining the routine I have set for myself…like you can’t master something in few days right?… I’ll share the routine and the results once I’ll start following it all together…it’ll take time… maybe some more week(?)… but it’s alright I guess… good things take time to happen… but so far I’m doing  well I guess..

 

               But even after waking up I’m still procrastinating and feel tired in the middle of the day….why??

               I drink less water…maybe  the amount is enough for me to not go through constipation again…but still I had less water… studies have proved  that having less water can make you feel tired....

>give you a headache >and affect your mood and focus
           Lack of water can cause you to experience fatigue and low energy as your body tries to function without enough water. If you're constantly feeling sluggish and tired despite getting a quality night's sleep, you may need to boost your water intake.
… I have maintained a bottle(500 ml) and make sure I drink full amount of it 5-6 times a day…and I have to say... it didn’t only made be stay awake and  avoid having a nap…but also made my skin better lol…

               OK... When you suddenly start drinking too much water you will go to washroom... several times maybe in the start... coz you didn't had enough water before so you brain thinks its waste(?) but after some days when your brain realizes that your skin and some other parts maybe really needs water it will start utilizing it there and the I think you won't use washroom as much as you do in the start..(P.S. THIS IS NOT A STUDY OR ANYTHING THAT I READ ANYWHERE... THIS IS WHAT I THINK HAPPPENS... LOL... like your brain needs time to adapt to sudden changes is what I think)

            I am shit at cooking but not that bad I have searched and made up some recipes of my own… and that is something fun… when you make up something without watching any youtube video lol… if you want me to share the recipes please comment...or dm me on instagram They are super easy and tasty…

            BEING TOO MUCH SELFLESS CAN HARM YOU TO SOME SHIT EXTENT… being there for each other is a different thing but burning yourself up too much? You need to limit it… set the bars … being a bit selfish is alright sometimes is what I have learnt in the past 3-4 days

            I listed down things that I want to achieve at the end of this month… studies have shown journaling or listing down things get your chances higher to achieve them… and I think they really do… I have stuck the list on the wall in front of my bed so I get motivated and get out of bed…I have stuck notes of the happy things that I will achieve if I really work hard on my working desk so I get motivated there again… THIS REALLY WORKS YOU NEED TO TRY THIS OUT…

 

I FEEL LIKE I AM ALL SET RIGHT NOW… AND THIS START WOULD BE DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE… LETS GET ITTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!
